Peak Period: Long Weekends, Easter, Leeuwin (minimum 3 night stay), Christmas (minimum 4 night stay): $350.00 (per 2 guests/per night)
Extra Nights: Excludes Peak Periods: $20.00 (per guest/per night)

Studio Cottage

Standard Rate:: $170.00 (per 2 guests/per night)
Peak Period:Long Weekends, Easter, Leeuwin (minimum 3 night stay), Christmas (minimum 4 night stay): $190.00 (per 2 guests/per night)
Extra Nights: Excludes Peak Periods: $20.00 (per guest/per night)

Comfortably sleeps 2 guests in Queen size bed.

Conditions

Check-in:: 2:00pm
Check-out:: 10:00am
Payment:: Cash, cheques and direct deposits.
Deposit:: One (1) night's deposit to secure the booking.
Cancellation:: 48 hours prior notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit.
Linen:: Bed linen supplied.
Bath towels are not provided. If you would like a bath towel then they can be supplied for an extra charge of $5.00 per towel.
Smoking:: All cottages are smoke free.
Please confine smoking to outside areas.
Pets:: Small pets are allowed. $100 pet bond must be paid prior to your arrival.
